CON Public Notice - Intent to File Certificate of Need Application

KindKin Care LLC hereby provides public notice, in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes §19a-638 and the Office of Health Strategy (OHS) regulations, of its intent to file a Certificate of Need (CON) application.

KindKin Care LLC intends to establish a Mental Health Residential Living Facility for adults in Hartford County, Connecticut. The proposed facility will provide supportive housing, structured services, and care coordination for individuals living with mental health needs. The program will operate under Department of Public Health and DMHAS-related requirements.

The CON application is expected to be filed on or after February 01, 2026.
